1. Agreement

By using nextfantasysport.com (the “Site”) you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.

2. Nature of the service

The Site offers a free social casino game for entertainment purposes only. It does not offer real-money gambling. There is no wagering of money or anything of value, no prize of monetary value, and no opportunity to win money or anything else of value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Because the Site involves no payment and no item of value, no financial loss can arise from the game itself.

9. No gambling advice or preparation

The game is not a simulation intended to prepare anyone for real-money gambling, and nothing on the Site should be read as advice or encouragement to gamble. Practice or success at social casino play does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
