1. Overview

This policy explains what information Next Fantasy Sport (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit nextfantasysport.com and play Regent’s Hand. We have kept the site deliberately simple, and this policy is short as a direct result.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not operate user accounts, so we never ask for a name, date of birth, address or payment details. There is no registration, no login, and no profile attached to your play. We do not collect or store the outcome of your rounds, your coin balance, or any record that a session took place.

3. Information held in your browser

The game runs entirely on your device. The shuffled deck, your hand, the dealer’s hand and your virtual coin balance exist only in your browser’s working memory for the duration of the page. Closing or reloading the page discards all of it. None of this information is transmitted to us or to anyone else.

4. Cookies

The site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling. Should we ever introduce a strictly necessary cookie, this policy will be updated before it is deployed.

5. Server logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested — typically the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string. 6. Third-party resources

Typefaces used on this site are served from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, that request reaches Google’s servers and is subject to Google’s own privacy practices. We receive no information from that exchange.

7. Correspondence

If you email our support address, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list and do not use these addresses for marketing.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly hold information relating to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information held about you. In practice we hold almost nothing, but any request made through our support address will be answered honestly and acted on where applicable.

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried in redrafting.
