If the table looks wrong, try a hard reload first — the game keeps nothing, so a refresh costs you nothing and clears most display oddities.
If you are asking about money in any form, the answer is almost certainly that none exists here: we take no deposits, sell nothing, and pay nothing out.

Does Regent’s Hand ever involve real money?
No. There is no payment mechanism anywhere on this site. Coins are virtual, given freely, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed. Nothing you do here can win or cost you money.
Why did my coins disappear when I reloaded?
By design. The game holds no account and saves nothing between visits, so every reload returns your purse to one thousand coins. Your progress is not lost in any meaningful sense — there was never a ledger to lose.
Can I buy more coins?
No, and we have no plans to change that. If the purse falls below the smallest stake, the Reset Purse control restores it instantly and for free.
How does the dealer decide whether to draw?
It follows one fixed rule with no discretion: draw while the hand totals under seventeen, stand at seventeen or above. It cannot see your cards before deciding, because it never decides anything.
Is the shuffle genuinely random?
The deck is a full fifty-two cards shuffled with a Fisher–Yates pass using your browser’s random number generator, and cards are drawn from the top. No hand is scripted, weighted or adjusted in response to how you have been doing.
How is an ace counted?
As eleven whenever eleven keeps the hand at twenty-one or below, and as one otherwise. The table re-evaluates this every time a card lands, so a hand can soften from eleven to one mid-draw without you doing anything.
The table will not let me bet. What happened?
Your purse has fallen below the smallest available stake of 25 coins. Betting stays closed until you use Reset Purse, which is free and immediate.
Do you need an account or my personal details?
Neither. There is no registration, no login and no profile. See our Privacy page for exactly what is and is not collected.
Which browsers does the game run in?
Any current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, on desktop or mobile. JavaScript must be enabled — the cards are dealt entirely in the browser, so without it there is no game to show.
